Abstract Introduction Acquired buried penis is a common condition in obese patients. Abnormal excess fat accumulation under the pubic skin leads to partially or completely disappearance of penis. This related voiding difficulties and sexual dysfunction. The goal surgical treatment expose full penile lengthy by excising adipose tissue part skin. Objective aim this kind surgery make possible have normal life patients with Methods We performed technique for 25 aged from 18 72 y (mean 48).
